🔔Digital Asset Raises $355M Led by a16z

Digital Asset, the company behind Canton Network, has closed a $355 million funding round led by a16z crypto ($100M).

▫️ Other participants include Citadel Securities, Apollo, BNP Paribas, HSBC, CME Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Polychain, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

▫️ The round values the company at approximately $2 billion. Proceeds will be used for partnerships, M&A, and ecosystem growth. Canton Network has processed $6 trillion in tokenized issuance to date and counts over 700 ecosystem participants.
